Future Folktales is a cute show that teaches us different lessons through folktales that have been passed down from generation to generation. I enjoy this series a lot since its based in the far future in the middle east and each story is also based somewhere in the middle east.
And since we never seem to see anime place itself in that location often, its nice to see that Future Folktales has made that its absolute location.
The story is absolutely for children and the stories absolutely do teach you a moral lesson by the end of the episode, though they are still very much PG in nature.
I didn’t think I’d enjoy this show at all tbh, but its grown on me. It can be bland from time to time, but overall its a decent show for kids.
